Welcome to the COP Room Reservation Ticketing System!

Need to book a COP-managed room for studying, group work, or an event? We're here to help! When possible, please submit your requests at least 72 business hours in advance of your event to ensure we have sufficient time to process your request.

All rooms are Zoom and Teams-ready. Please perform a test call prior to your events. For IT consultation, send in an IT request here. Please reach out to COP IT if you have any A/V-related questions: hsc-cop-it@salud.unm.edu

College of Pharmacy Building:

  • B-14 Conference Room (seats 15). Includes: a PC, 75" display, soundbar, laptop input, webcam/mic, and a physical whiteboard.
  • B-15 Classroom (seats 75). Includes: a PC, Surface Hub whiteboard, ceiling speakers/mics, external microphone (Shure lavalier/handheld mic), document camera, barco wireless screen share buttons for laptops, 16 40" displays, and mounted at the perimeter of the room.
  • B-28 Classroom (combo or each individually - B, C, D) (seats 10, 10 , 10 or 30). Includes: PC, a projector, ceiling mic, ceiling mounted webcam, ceiling speaker, and laptop input, and physical whiteboards.
  • B-98 Classroom (seats 30). Includes Logitech Scribe whiteboard camera, a PC, ceiling speaker, laptop input, and physical whiteboards.
  • Please verify availability in EMS prior to submitting a request. On the "find a room" field, please input the text shown in bold. For example, when searching for B-15, type "B-15".

Domenici North Wing Building:

  • DCNW Room 1710 Classroom (seats 46)
    • Please verify availability in EMS prior to submitting a request. On the "find a room" field, please input the text shown in bold. For example, when searching for B-15, type "B-15".

Surge Building:

  • Conference Room 141 (seats 12)

MRF Building:

  • MRF Conference Room (seats 12)
    • This room is located on the 2nd floor.

TREE Center (1011 Las Lomas Blvd):

  • Dean's Conference Room (seats 8)

The following rooms cannot be reserved through this ticketing system. To book one of these spaces, please contact the individuals listed below:
